The good ,the bad and the ugly.

The good:
- Rain and fog! I love the rain ...love brollies and love coats.Case closed.

- I am reading the most amazing book by Barbra Erksine. Its all about witches and the 16th century and hauntings!
-  Had a job interview for Boots that I think went rather well!
- And I found this mustache picture!

The Bad:
- My cat muffin has gone missing waaaaah!!!!
- My classics class are horrendous! There are four of them who..well lets just say are rather large and "no johnny depp" who think they are studs. Oh my God! If I have to hear them talk about how fit they are one more time I am going to stick my boot up their.....

- My tutor is like some kind of bond villain.
- I ripped my nail off with the tagging gun at work.

The Ugly:
- Im undecided on the fringe.
- I have had a huge breakout between my eyes and under the bridge of my glasses?!?!?

Tis the night before college...

Tis the night before college
and none is about,
no one is stirring,
not even a mouse.

My heart it is pounding,
I think I may chuck,
and all I can think,
Is , George don't fuck it up!

I hate first impressions,
I don't like them a lot
cos people often think,
im a bit of a clot.

Im not really poet,
as im sure you can tell,
im just a bit of a tard,
as scared as hell.

I went for my "interview" (read four hours of intolerable sweaty un-organised hell of an interview) today. I got accepted (thank god) but my euphoria was short lived after the women said to me and you start at nine tomorrow morning.

Great.

As ever,
a very nervous

Cheat food - Crumble a la george.

As autumn grows ever closer I find my self craving comforting puds ...well anything you can smother in custard. So this is my uber quick crumble recipe.

You shall need:
Fruit of choice
Butter
Digestive biccies
Porridge oats (optional)

What you has to do:
1.Simmer the fruit in a bit o water and sugar (or wham it into the microwave)
2.Crush digestive biccies and mix the crumbles with melted butter (add oats here)
3. Put on top of fruit and pop into oven until bubbling

All of this can also be done in the microwave!

Enjoy!

Cheat food- tomatoes.

I love food but im not patient enough to cook. So I have developed "short cuts" over the years...or cheat-foods if you will.

Todays item is the tomato.

This can be used for practically anything!
1. Over pasta with cheese
2. Warmed as soup
3. Iced as a health drink/ vitamin boost
4. Add corn flour to make a sauce over meat.
5. As a dip for breadsticks.
6. Frozen for use later
7.Folded into a bread mix to make tomato bread.

And this fabulously versatile recipe is literally:

1 can of chopped tomatoes
Coriander
Pepper
and salt.

Enjoy!

Autumn.

Oh autumn how I love you. I can hide all my wobbly bits in layers and layers of clothing. Snuggle up with every thing comforting and can wear hats....lots of hats.

These photos were taken last autumn by my Vbf and photographer supremo Steph.

Hello.

Hello,
The names Georgia.

I am a clumsy , vintage ,book reading ,history nerd of an eighteen year old redoing her A-levels in the south west of England.
The name "tard" comes from me being diagnosed with dyslexia about a year ago. It came as a massive shock and I have a rather dark sense of humour so henceforth referred to myself as tard for about a month.
I Tend to be considered a little "odd". Im not really a clubber....more foodie and oh yes I don't like to dress like a stripper...hmmm this might be why I have no man.
My current situation is:
Boyfriends: 0
Friends: 1
New college courses: 1
Cats: 1
Current reading books: 3
Hats: Countless
Injuries: 2

I have failed my a-levels (rather spectacularly!...well if your gonna fail..do it right) So in ten days will be joining a college to do As- classics A2 history and As history....in a year..

...why do I do it to myself?

I am hoping the besides the occasional outfit post an book review this will become a kinda online diary...as I have the memory of an inebriated gnat.

So thanks for reading and be warned
I moan.....A LOT!!

As ever,
Georgia
